Hello People!

A post coming up for ya!

Ok, just for my own remembrance, I went to the Franz Ferdinand concert with Shikin, Nataporn and with his other friends. It was the most SWEATY, DISGUSTING, LOUD, SQUEEZY, and EXHAUSTING concert I've ever been.

Ok first, I started out being like 5 steps from the front gates to the stage. And in the middle of it, there was this freaking fat Indian girl squeezing through her way in the crowd, settling right in front of us. What the hell? And as soon as the concert started, I rushed myself through to the front, being 2nd row right behind the gates.

And there was Shikin right behind me. And between that interval, I sort of made eye contacts with the CUTEST guitarist ever, that is Nick! Omg, simply gorgeous. He was playing just in front of me and I think we sort of eye-contact. I don wan to be like 'feelingx2' or anything but for real, we were! I knew because when we eye contact, I was like dumbfounded and didn't know what to do. So i just gave him this smile and he gave me this smirk/grin and I was like, "OMG? Did he just saw me in this crazy pushing crowd?" The crowd was like squashing me and I was struggling to survive. I think I almost fainted of exhaustion in between the crowd. And the eye-contact didn't only happen once. I remembered it occured twice and at both occasions, i gave him my smile and he replied it. You must be like, "whatever.." with what I'm saying but I'm just writing it down for my own comfort. hahaha. After all it is my blog. kakakkaka.

Ok so, back to topic, and without me noticing, I was just right behind the gate, with my hands over the gate, trying to secure my place in the first row. I was freaking worn out because people's elbow rests on my head and Shikin's arms was constantly hung over my shoulders. DO YOU KNOW HOW HEAVY AND LONG IS SHIKIN'S ARMS?? It was the heaviest weight i had over my shoulders in my life. And when I was at the front, i was completely pressed against the gate. And i mean completely. I thought my breasts were going to go flat or just burst. Hahahha! But it didn't. I thank god for that.

Cups of water were passed and I usually had the opportuinity to drink it first before I would pass down the cups. I'm a considerate person. I share my drink with the others. Hahhaha. And as I was passing down the drinks, a portion of it would surely spill over me, leaving my face, hair, body wet. It seems like I just got a bath. It was crazy and my shirt was all wet not only from my sweat, but also from other people's sweat too. Can you imagine how disgusting that is? Tell me about it. Some people's sweaty hands actually ran against my cheeks and I almost puked on the spot. Shikin's arms were the main ones. It was freaking disgusting.

Apart from that, I made friends with the safe guard right in front of me. I sort of spoke to him in Malay and he was just nice. This incident where there was this caucasian beside me trying to push me off the gate. I signalled to the safe guard that he was trying to push me, and the safe guard actually asked the caucasian guy to stop. How nice is he? Not only that, he never fail to constantly signal to me if I was Ok or do they need to pull me out from the crowd. I assured him with my 'good' hand sign and all was Ok. It was no doubt a good concert but it was too wild. I think this is why stampeed occurs. The crowd is just too wild that people get pushed and stepped on.

But all is well in the end. Though, I still prefer The Bravery concert where it was outdoor and there was so much space that everyone could enjoy the concert regardless of where you are. And I think I prefer The Bravery's music to Franz Ferdinand's concert.

Anyways, the above picture was taken during the concert with my phone. Enjoy!
